We specialise in care for the elderly and when you decide you would like assistance and support…a little, or a lot…we pride ourselves on being able to offer you precisely that - the care of your choice.

Situated in the conservation area of Talbot Woods, The Evergreens, built in the 1920s, has been a residential home for nearly 40 years. Sympathetically enlarged over time to its present capacity of 25 en-suite rooms, the atmosphere is one of tranquillity and relaxation.n.

About our rooms
Rooms vary in size and aspect but all are centrally heated, well-appointed and tastefully furnished with facilities for television and telephone. All of our rooms are regularly refurbished to a very high standard because we want all of our residents to live in the best of environments. Residents are encouraged to bring personal effects, small items of furniture and treasured belongings to help make their room feel like home. A passenger lift serves the first floor with residents always being accompanied by a member of staff unless they choose otherwise. Laundry is included in the weekly charge.
